I am on the Body for Life Challenge and I would like to try to go VEGAN. Please comment on the way you have done it or if you think I should. Thanks!
Hey there! I did B.F. L. and Vegan in the past, and I just wanted to point out a few things. 1. B.F.L. should ALWAYS incorporate more vegan/vegetarian foods, they are incredibly low in fat, high in protein with no cholesterol. @. The Foods you are using ARE vegetarian, but not vegan.
