Car Theif in Taiwan
This clip is from a CCTV system, they record on HD or VHS tape, with a frame rate of 15 - 60 per second.
That is why the clip is shown as fast forward, looking at normal speed would be like a snapshot clip.
These guys failed the first attempt to start the car and came back with the right tools to start up the car. Plain punk thieves.
Tho I don't have a clue about hotwiring a car, am I the only one who thinks that it actually took longer than it should have? He must be new at it.
By inthefort 11846431121st of all ... stupid thieves to not take a look around to spot cameras ...
2nd of all ... they S**k at it !
seen vid of 15 sec and gone ... that was actually smth to see !
I agree with Jeep Jeep, this is real. In my profession I see many car thefts after the fact on CCTV. These guys area actually slow. Somthing spooked them and they left, but figured it was OK to return and complete the crime. CCTV camera coverage covers just as Jeep Jeep says.
