2007/7/16 AM10:13. A big earthquake occurred in Japanese Niigata. Magnitude 6.6. The people felt big rolling. And a house collapsed. The person who was killed or injured were 600 over. Gas / the water service stops. In Niigata, the same earthquake occurred three years ago. There is an important problem. There is the dispatch source of the earthquake right under a nuclear power plant. The Japanese will doubt safety of the atomic energy remark place very much. The reason is because a big fire occurs at a nuclear power plant. The people mind that the gas smells.
