          eng: looks like a good routine for those who can't go to a gym..but if you want to look like him..no choice than moving ur butt to the gym..wanna have six pack abs? DIET! and exercise ...simple :/
          spa: la rutina la puedes hacer sino tienes tiempo para el gym, pero si te quieres ver como él, no hay otra mas que ir al gym, abdominales? claro..con dieta y ejercicio! .. no hay otra!..(a parte le recomendaria que entrene mejor de la cintura para abajo ^_^!)

            llevo yo un año y medio en el gim tomandomelo bastante en serio (eso si, sin hacer dieta, pero cuidando lo que como) y empeze con -tripa qel y dsde luego que nime acerco a esos abdominales...ad de ese cambio en brazos y pecho...este se ha entrenado pero que muy bien con dieta y batidos minimo...eso de en 7 semanas = abdominales de ese estilo...ni de coña xavales!!

                  You just can't see them under all the fat. Stop eating junk, exercise your arms, legs, and back. "Spot" exercises don't work.

                          en el video pone claramente q estos ejercicios solo son para espalda, culo y muslos, kiza yo añadiria q hacen un poco de efecto en los abdominales pero vamos a ver si aprendemos ingles y dejamso de pasarnos de listos...
                          para el resto del cuerpo teneis q ver los otros videos de ejercicios.

                            ¿Cómo os explicáis que también haya aumentado el volumen y la musculatura de sus brazos?.
                            No sé si ganará dinero con esto pero, pero seguro que este pavo se ha machacado en el GIMNASIO y nos quiere vender una tabla de ejercicios que SEGURO no nos darán los mismos resultados que a él.
                            Tampoco ha salido nada de la dieta que sigue (MUY importante) porque la pérdida de grasa tiene que estar acompaña de una rigurosa dieta, no basta con los ejercicios.
                            Lo siento chicos. pero no os engañéis. ES MENTIRA.

                              this is an absolutely perfect lower back workout that anyone in any shape can do. this man has put together the best of the best and hasnt missed a beat. im actually going to do this circuit myself; before i was just doing plain back extensions
