This video is doctored
Goto Google map and zoom in at the same location. The sub is there but much smaller AND the ballistic missile box is GONE. It was a good job doctoring the video though.

forgot to hide it
it's easy to tell its a nuclear ballistic missile sub. that long flat part in the middle right behind the con tower is where all the missiles are held and launched from. and it very well could be russian, they started selling anything that anyone would buy after the collapse of the soviet union, and china did buy quite a bit... actually looks like a delta IV class...

  on the words "new", "nuclear", "submarine" and "China" and you will soon find out that this submarine was found by Hans M. Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists. Now that is maybe not a proof, but I suppose that this man knows what he is talkinig about...
