    You can clearly hear the passenger in the ambulance saying to the driver that they are about to go through a red light.

    Ambulances are supposed to slow down or stop at intersections and this guy tried running a red light. It is clearly the ambulances fault. No the guy passing through the intersection when he had the green light.

    It could have been a person with a hearing disability that could not hear the siren. there are no laws preventing hearing disabled persons from driving.
