          An accident is an accident regardless when or where it is going to happen. You can't just broadly stereotype Americans because you have seen some little crash. Almost 90 percent of American families own 3 to 4 cars. While Europeans ride bikes or use an alternative source of getting to and from their destination. So in theory the more cars on the road the slower you have to go. Have you ever been on the highway at 5pm in NYC? I would love to see you drive 120 miles per hour.
