    This cop did a fine job. He could have easily taken this guys life with one shot to the head, but he shot him in the stomach to only immobilize him. Anybody who says that he shouldn't have used his gun needs to shut up. These criminals aren't going to be hitting him with pillows and taking it easy on him, this is the real world where real people die in these real situations. The police need to be able to fight back without you people yelling at him for taking a job you were too much of a coward to take. For the people who say the cop deserved it because the guy has a short temper, guess what? Nobody is above the law. Nobody has the right to break it. Now the criminal dose not deserve to die right then either, but in a life in death situation i think i will go with the guy that won't be somebody who breaks into my house.

      If the situation becomes life threatening, police can use deadly force. When they were on the ground, the boxer could have easily grabbed the officers weapon and shot him. Or even beaten him to death. If what you say is true, then the cop was wrong to use pepper spray? Or hand cuffs?

      if he didnt first violate his rights by pulling out of the car. he had no right to search the driver for a traffic stop. its not like he had probale cause he just went to the car and pull him out and started search him for speeding. are you supprised that he lost it? i dont agree with what he did the cop was wrong first and may have instigated the whole situation.
