    I first heard of Phil after seeing three ufo's between 1998 and 2001. My friend was a non beleiver like the tosspots below! After starting a journal to show the craft I have witnessed I thought Phil's story a little on the edge and now after three years of studying footage and documentaries I feel he speaks more truth than a lie.
