The "skin" on his torso is not actually real skin. It is made from latex. Notice how it was behaving. The "heart" was actually placed to the left of his chest, so that it does not stick out. Amazing, huh?

I remember an "alternative" medicine scam years back where "doctors" (magicians) would seem to be removing tumors from people by pulling them through the skin. They appeared to stick 2-4 fingers in the patient when in reality they would hide one hand with the other and were just bending their fingers behind the other hand. They also used fake blood and uncooked bacon which was also hidden in the other hand. This looks a lot like that trick.

He forget something about the heart... so he didn't make the audiences to believes in him...
The thing is, he maybe survive in 3 to 5 seconds after he died and the other thing is, if the heart will displaced in our body, the heart continuously pump within 30 minutes. But in this video is his heart didn't pump... that's what he forgot to do!!!
