This is a simple TCPIP.SYS hack that will greatly increase the speeds of your torrent applications and probably any other P2P applications. I got a 75-120% Boost. I download torrents at 2.6mbps to 3mbps on good days :) Hope this helps.

I tried...
but it didn't work for vista, then i found one for vista and it wasn't this simple.
