Except for adding flaps to the wing, this airplane is identical to the one we made and flew the year I was ten years old (1943)

Of course it's going to go far from that far up, if you just flung a flat peice of paper it would go far as well.

I learned how to make that exact plane 15 years ago in 5th grade. wish i'd known i could have made $700 making a video of it

i spent ages making all the folds carfully when i ripped it i ripped it using a ruler an i throw it expecting it to fly and it went down like a lead balloon, literaly.

i've been making these kinds of paper planes since I was a young boy ... and your first bendings aren't flaps, they are winglets, and the others are ailerons :P

I can make one that flies very well and even flies inverted and does loops and doesn't take no where near as long to make

it's not easy at all , i know easier way to build some paper airplane ... How ever , it's nice keep up with your complex way ;p

It is useful. 3 weeks ago, my girlfriend asked to fold some paper airplane. I have said thats easy but it wasnt. I seemed like stupid because my airplane were flying in loop almost hiting my head :) She was disappointed. Now I am master thanx to u :)

and it flies like S**t when i fly it it turns immidieatly to the right (turns 180 degrees) and then dropping to the ground. again i've done everything the way you explained- the body, the tail, folding the edges and the rips at each wing.

i gave u a 5 so ur score moved from 3.96 to 3.97 u o me one. lol

I used to make that when I was a kid, I don't know who named it but it was named after a commonly seen bird where I lived. don't remember the bird name though lol
