    Ever think that this guy, like most bodybuilders do it for THEMSELVES! What a concept. Only the little abercrombie boys do 600 crunches/day to get a 6 pack to please women. It may be a turn off for you, but plenty of women like guys that are motivated, and take care of themselves. Don't worry, they'll be plenty of fat video game boys for you as well as the abercrombie boys.

      Of course. Women forget that. Its like a women who paints her toenails or spends time choosing nice gold earings or perfume. What man gives a monkeys? Better to spend those 20 mins on a tread mill getting a peachy bum, if they were just pleasing guys. But women like those things. They like feeling feminine and they feel good. Men like to feel strong. The attraction may not come from muscles, but from confidence. A lot of skinny guys miss out on feeling like they could move mountains. Of course I dont feel the need to walk around like a battle tank, but hey each to their own. Feeling strong is natural and is part of being male for me.

    Mariusz is ma fellow countryman and I probably know more of him than you do, but yes he is not taht stupid ;) And as for this stron male thing. I'm a guy with pretty strong body build ( not that I look like any kind of bull or other cattle ;)) and from my experience I can say that it feels good to be strong :), I know it's primitive but I guess that we guys are just like that :) And of course I know that strenght is the least thing you need to make women feel good in your companion but still it gives you a higher self-esteem.

      I realize that some of you folks have no idea who this dude is and simply see a big muscle head and comment about his looks or whether he's got any gray matter in his head. Those who are familiar with what Mariusz does for a living, know that he has been a World Champion in the World's Strongest Man competition for several years in a row and so far there's nobody else in the world who has been able to take that title from him. So in other words, he is a world class athlete and the best in the world in what he does. Those who train at a gym know how much hard work it takes to lose a pound of weight and build a pound of muscle. It's all about hard work, mental clarity, discipline and strict nutrition. He probably trains 4 or 5 hours per day, after all he is a pro athlete and this is his job. He has to deliver results or the sponsors will go away. In other words I understand all your opinions but this guy is not a show off. He’s actually the real deal, lean, mean muscle machine. He's not a dumb meathead either. His English is not great but when you listen to the interviews his given in his native tongue you’ll realize that he’s actually quite intelligent. :-))

Larry Allan (Dallas Cowboys) benched 700lbs on video during training camp. But this does not make them the strongest. Strongest men work on every muscle much more than a football player would.       we, meaning american football players work every muscle group. In order to bench above 300lbs you must have a strong base. The stronger your uppper body, the stronger your lower has to be to support it. In order to run 4.3 40's when your 225 and over you must have very strong legs.
