but if you still have the permission to ...
coz many viruses are not allow us to open task managers, as long as registry edit.

  but npagreen is right.. i checked my registry and i have only the programs that i allowed to run from msconfig... so without deleting them from registry, you can just uncheck from msconfig...
  what we learned from here is, msconfig rules :P
