i did all this and played a song in winamp, i went on the internet and tiped in my ip adress and then :8000/listen.pls and it says " firefox can't establish a conection to the server"

what should i do, couse ,when i do ewerything on sc_serv they write "yp. shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 78.62 .121 .244 :8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing /NAT /firewall /ISP cache (Connection refused).)" . . . so what i should do?
