    This was a demo flight of a then new airplane at an airport in France where the pilot tried to demonstrate the lift capability of the plane by flying at low speed. Unfortunately he tried to fly just a little bit too slow. When the pilot realized it, he put back full throttle, but it was already too late.

    ...this was caused by the flyby-wire technology going wrong...the computer over-rode it...

    Fly-by-wire has NOTHING to do with computers. Fly-by-wire means connecting the control column directly to the ailerons / elevators / rudder with cables and the like. Computers are used to control the hydraulic systems rather than cables.

    Yes from what I have understood this was caused by the flyby-wire technology going wrong. The pilot was trying to pull up but the computer over-rode it as it was in landing mode or something like that.
