    I think the cop was being careful but may also have had a "feeling" that something was gonna happen. Usually you don't tell a woman to step outside there car that far away. I did see someone in the car. I also saw that person in the car fly through the air probably hitting the dash then go down on the floor. It's ironic that someone was pulled over for speeding just to lose your car to a speeding van! I bet she wont be speeding anytime soon.

    if you look closely, you can see someone in the car moving around. at first i thought i was just seeing the passing cars through the windows, but the person inside the car keeps moving even when there are no cars going bye. and the passanger window shatters all over the person. plus the officer starts to run toward the car, probably to see if the person is alright.

    What should be the main objective in a police officer pulling someone over for speeding? To stop someone from speeding thereby preventing a speed related accident. Well looks like that cop prevented a speed related accident but caused a collision anyway.
