Hi guys... Yeah, of course this works... It's the same principle we use with our polishing brushes... If you get grossed out by charcoal or cigarrette ashes, you can use a better option: Tortilla Chips... You burn those tortilla chips until they turn black, grind them up (You only need a teaspoon or so) and then mix it with lemon juice... You put the black paste on your toothbrush and brush your teeth for about 2 minutes... Be careful not to brush too hard, or you will actually grind your gums, leaving them sensistive for a day or two... If you do it carefully and about once a month, you will need no visits to my clinic for polishing/cleaning etc... Try it!

I think I will try brushing with sand. It may work better.

I cleaned mine for years in lemon juice ,but I dont have to any more , I found a better cleaner... My mrs cleans em while im in bed asleep lol

I don't think charcoal is needed. Bicarbonate of soda / Baking soda is the active ingredient in whitening toothpastes. It alone works.

my teeth are a bit yellow, how much time (how many times) do i need to do that to get white teeth with being healthy, and is charcoal is the coal they sell everywhere, or the natural coal from mines??

Do you really need the charcoal, or can you also only use backing soda with the same results?
And is there something else you can use instead of charcoal like burned wood or something?

1. Where did you buy your charcoal? I went to walmart and all they had were bags and they all cost $3.00 and up.
2. More important question. Where did you by clean/ untreated charcoal? Charcoal today is usually treated with some kind of chemical to help it ignite easier.

Does it strip the enamal off your teeth making them rot faster than normal? That would be a bad side effect to have your teeth fall out.

Yes it works! We do used ashes from burned charcoal to whiten our teeth in the sixties. Another option is to use wheat husk (soaked in water) for the same purpose.
