      Where did he get his wings? A cereal box? lol Naval landings are the most dangerous in the world but the plane was still in one piece so BIG THUMBS UP! now all he needs is a clean pair of Y fronts

    I'm not an expert on Naval Aviation but i have experience in High-speed fighters and i think this perfectly illustrates how quickly things can go wrong. The initial part of the approach looks under control but severe turbulence is encountered during the terminal phase. Possibly vortices generated by the Aircraft Carrier's Super-structure? The positive side is that no one appears to have been injured except for a few deck-hands who probably had their lives shortened possibly with fright! Safe flying and greetings to my Brothers(and Sisters) in the worlds armed forces. Shark

      I am still in the employ of my Airforce and still flying front-line jets. I will agree that my salary puts me fairly close to the unemployed bracket. I'm impressed that you took the time to respond to my comment in such constructive way. Regards, Shark
