    get a 12ga. and 20ga. shotgun shell (highbrass needed, can't use trap loads). Put the 20ga. shell in your 20ga. shotgun and fire it, then use a slim punch to pop out the spent primer from the shell. Get a razor and cut both shells just above the brass. Crush up Pyrodex pellets into fine dust and fill the 12ga. shell end, then jam the 20ga. shell end in. They should fit snuggly. Stick fuse in hole where primer was in 20ga. shell end, wrap whole thing in electrical tape and duct tape. Light and throw. (makes a boom about 15x louder than good firecrackers)
