NUMPAD 9 -- Medallion
NUMPAD 4 -- Zero Toxicity
NUMPAD 5 -- Freeze Adrenaline
NUMPAD 6 -- Add 200 Experience
NUMPAD 1 -- Add 5 Talent Points

Instructions:
Launch game, load a saved game, ALT+TAB to switch to desktop, launch trainer, return to game, use hotkeys.
