This is not Windows Vista, for those lower-IQ viewers. It's just a run-of-the-mill psp web-portal, which looks like vista.

mines is the japanese version
when the screen came and told me to press x in the english version o is to exit but the japanese version the x button is to exit

so is there a japanese version of this
