300 Spartan Training Workout. Home Version. This is my home version Spartan training that anyone can perform from home. The rules are simple. Perform the exercise shown in any order. Perform 30 reps for each one. Perform 30 reps per exercise. Complete a total of 300 reps combined. Try it if you dare.

    This is a decent routine, obviously the results are there but I would bet diet also played a large part (as always). To the person that said this doesnt improve strength and it only burns fat, your an idiot plain and simple. This type of routine would most definitely build strength, and more importantly endurance. Without endurance, strength means nothing, unless of course your one of those pu$$ies that only bench presses or dead lifts for bragging rights. I myself prefer usable strength and when I say usable I mean for more than 60 seconds, or even 60 minutes for that matter.

    im confused....whats your diet like and how often do you do these workouts? because i have been doing them for about 1week and im already seeing results from doing them everyday...your website says this isnt even supposed to be done once a week. how could you get results only doing it once a week?

    I been doing all of your excersises for about two months now and my abs are rippling...calf's and arms and im losing weight i drop 4 inches off my waist...i got about 1 mor month until i look like u ......awsooooommmmeeeee. thx now i can surprise all my friends oversea when they see the new me...ooo and great diet plan. i think everyone should do your work out. its fun and it gets u in shape and that 300 excersise was sweet def was a challenge at first.

    Looks to me like he had help. You can get great results from this type of exercise but the type of results he got, with his body type, seem to indicate "help" to me...

      of course he used protein. if you work out and do not take protein you are in fact making yourself weaker because when you lift, you are tearing your muscles and protein is used to fill in the gaps where your muscle was torn. if you do not take protein the gap isnt filled, then next time you lift they will separate more and soon you will have weak muscles that are not hard. you speak of protein like its illegal but its in everything we eat, for the most part

    to people that don't work out much six months is a good time to show progress but its not for everyone work at your own pace i worked like a savage for six months and had better resaults than him but my body was fighting bac my neck grew so fast that it pinched the nerves in my spine so if you fallow his routin just take it easy you can bulk up that quick but that doesnt mean its going to be helpful in creating the body you want
