      they do have guns, hence the fire arm responce units, and they do have real SUV's eg Landrovers. now are you dumb blind or just stupid? because unless im very much mistaken that was a transport van. last time i checked it was not ment to go through 2ft high water. anyway whos to say they were not reponding to an ''emergency call'' certainly the flashing blue lights and siren would suggest they were responding to a public crisis. no doubt your american so why don't u have a think before u go making ignorant comments...
