    • Yeah, I noticed that, too,

      but you have to get your bodyfat into single digits to even see that, and you can't spot-lose fat with any exercise, it's an "all over" effect...not to mention being somewhat obsessive to stare down at yourself (especially just one part of yourself) or pose in front of a mirror!
