300 Spartan Training Workout. Home Version. This is my home version Spartan training that anyone can perform from home. The rules are simple. Perform the exercise shown in any order. Perform 30 reps for each one. Perform 30 reps per exercise. Complete a total of 300 reps combined.

    After only a few weeks of training, I have gained muscle mass on my arms and around my stomach area. I am incredibly pleased with the results so far, and can see my abs quite well now. I am very grateful for all of your videos, and would just like to say thank you for the help and the ideas for workouts. =)

    ah i liked the last work out vid coz i could do most of it without having equipment but this doesn't seem like much of a home work out unless u got a gym at home pretty much. Do u hav any more exercises that dnt require weights and stuff?

    He looks like he knows what he's doing (even though this is not coming from a fitness expert but only an average joe).

    I started on his 16-17 week workout program and it really takes allot out of you. In the first week you're already convinced that this is not a joke but and intense serious workout program.

    I have been doing this type of workout for several weeks 300 reps of the body part I am working on. 300 reps 30 minutes combines interval training and strength as well. I like some of the version you have here but you use only your right arm on the arm reps.

      For demonstration purposes, I just did it on one side to keep the film shorter.

    Just wondering if their were some isometric workouts you might suggest that can be done without equipment, such as pulley's and free weights? Also, does the jumping and squatting with weights ever give you knee problems?

    i have to say i admire you...you have great amounce of will power....but i have one question:what if i already have sixpac abs but they arent so visible as yours,i dont have to loose any weight or something like that....lets just say that i look like you on your half way through...i just want my abs to look little bigger and more impressive...tell me what should i do?
