Now thru September 14, 2007, the hotel chain invites travelers to visit http://www.wakeuponthebrightside.com and show their optimism by creating a video using La Quinta's video clips and adding "bright side" captions. The creator of the video receiving the most votes wins a five-day vacation including airfare, hotel and spending money. In addition, the winning video will also be featured on La Quinta's website.
