If there is a gun in your face doing anything other than what you are told is stupid, unless you KNOW the attacker is going to kill you. You should own your own firearm. (And this is coming from someone who practices MMA, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to be exact, if you are approached by a cracked out thug that is bigger than you, self defense skills like this aren't gonna work in the hallway of your house.... but a 12 gauge 870 will.)

This is the most absurd thing I have ever seen. It relies on the attacker standing in an exact position among other things.

looks very un professional and the technique is very loose. The attacker cooperates and falls professionally. The defender remains in the line of fire almost all the time, violating rule number 1 of anti firearms training. For real self defense, unlock the violence filter and search for SIPRODE.

but lets see him do that with a 6 foot 5, 250lbs guy on the street.

Good thing that was a rubber gun on the first move, other wise he would not have been able to demonstrate move #2 much less five. beyond that 2-5 were fairly decent and might actually work if to person prefoming them was fast enough.
