Europe's largest LAN gaming event the Campus Party was held in
Valencia, Spain in 23rd to 29th of July 2007. Metku.net was
invited to host couple of modding workshops and this is our report from the event.

    Dreamhack in Sweden is the biggest LAN party. Even Guiness world record holder as the biggest.

      DHW08 Had 11000 visitors that had bought space for their computer/console and another 4000 visitors with a daypass/eventpass so that's a total of 15000 people and there is a big differense in dreamhack winter and summer.

      Totalt hade DreamHack Summer 2007 drygt 6 000 besökare från hela Sverige och omkring 20 andra länder, däribland Förenade Arabemiraten och USA.

      So, Dreamhack has 6000 visitors and Campus 8100 or so... quite a difference in my mind. Anyways, I'm just saying what I've been told and can't argue that much but those are the numbers.

      DreamHack winter 2006 had 10638 visitors. So DreamHack is still the biggest until someone breaks that record.

      as the event page says "over 6000" from Sweden and around the world for 2007 summer. Quite a drop from 10000 last year?
