    ronnie coleman is a SEVEN time Mr Olympia. Basically the worlds best bodybuider seven years running, only beaten last time due to injury. Of course he has used steroids its par for the course. So is eating over 5000 calories a day, countless eggs, chicken breasts, wholemeal carbs, all staples of the bodybuilders diet. End of the day anyone of you haters could have an unlimited supply of steroids, growth hormone and you would never ever in a million years look 1% as good as ronnie.

    He does not fully extend and streighten them which is very bad for him, but results in his muscles looking bigger quicker.

      i agree with not locking the joints.. its bad to apply G's to the joints coz theyll definitely get damaged no matter how strong a guy is. But i think its just because his muscles are too rounded that it looks like hes not moving them too much. Besides it really is a body buildng technique not to go full range to increase size.

    • Don't Straighten

      Locking out your arms when training any muscle with any exercise is a very poor technique. For example, when you lock out your arms on the dumbbell press, you place unnecessary stress on your elbows and allow your body to gain a split seconds worth of rest. As a professional lifter, it is better to keep the arms or legs bent while performing the move so that your muscles are constantly working with no rest inbetween reps. And locking out with high amounts of weight presents you with a very likely chance of blowing out your joint.

      Coleman performed the dumbbell press with textbook perfection.
