ok, i am 16, i was used to be over 230, and now i am 180, 5'10, i really am begging for advice to help me tone up my mid section because i still have some extra baggage!
By maskew15 1190429891I would advise you keep up the activities that your doing that caused you to loose the wieght. The body will naturally pull the skin tight again. Try some simple core stretchs and vitamin E oil, this will help return the elasticity to the skin.
