How much cream did you add,about a cup(250 Ml) ? On a side note,is it ok to use extra virgin olive oil in all cooking dishes? I'll make this dish for supper tomorrow night and let you know how it was.Your dishes are always so easy to prepare.

Thank you my dear!! Yes, you can add a little less than a cup of cream, but it isn't so important the quantity!! It's perfect extra virgin olive oil for my dishes!! Let me know please!! Bye!!

This dish is great.I'll be making this again but not too often because the saffron is oh so expensive,$12 for 1 gram of it.

I never was sure about what kind of olive oil to use for my cooking,I just assumed extra virgin was only for use in a salad.Thanks Nazaria.
