and secondly high speed camera has noting to do with how fast it can "track" an object it has to do with high FPS so you can capture things like bullets and slow it down. this is just some POS camera from the 90's or somthing

Nothing fills up space. Space is space because it is empty. If Space was full there would be no pace for anything else, so therefore there Space would cease to exist.
And if you think of Space on an atomic level, we're definately not alone. The same particles that make up you also make up the rest of the Universe.
