Although there word is nice, im looking for self confidence. So, i've to use the exercises for a few days and i have noticed a positive change. i think about a quarter of an inch. Ok, so my question is similar to one to one that was previously asked (I understand that you want us to go on RateABull, but the website is down). Are all of the exercises (milking, shaking, and pulling) supposed to be done in one day and are we supposed to do all of them, rather than pick one? One more question, I'm 13 years old, and I'm almost 14, but whatever. I'm 6' tall and I weigh in at 180lbs. I have a penis that's 6" long when erect and in 4 3/4 in circumference. Should I do these exercises considering the fact I'm not done growing?
Im 14 and i think i have a small penis. Mine is around 3.5-4.0. Im really small and very skinny im like 5.3 and way 86lbs. Is this very small for me?

It said to stretch when flaccid for 5 minutes (out, up, down, left, right) while taking a minute break in between each before jelqing a.k.a. "milking". It also said to warm up with a warm towel before and warm down after. It instructed to start doing 200-300 your first week and over 500 a couple weeks after. It also said the stretching was necessary in preventing injury or bruising. I stretch my regular muscles before I work out. What is your thought on this? Be informative as you can... Thanks!!!

The technique I described worked for me. I have had a person describe an injury that they had doing this technique but they ignored common sense which is, 'if it hurts, stop... or at least rest.'
