300 Spartan Training Workout. Home Version. This is my home version Spartan training that anyone can perform from home. The rules are simple. Perform the exercise shown in any order. Perform 30 reps for each one. Perform 30 reps per exercise. Complete a total of 300 reps combined.

    It may be a nice fitness programme. But... Don't mix with Sparta and others. It's your Idea of trainig. And something important. Do you want to tell me that you only did fitness? No special "food"? NO WAY...

    It's not only fitness result ! ! ! I don't say that your idea is bad. The result needs more than practicing...

      It might be a good one to lose weight. But I think, it is impossilbe to improve your muscles without food. If you want to get a great figure, you need to take these execises and have enough food.

    Initially I thought this was some sort of a wimpy program but I have to hand it to you, it's terrific. After the first workout I discovered muscles (especially in my legs) I didn't know I had. Anyway, I thought I was in fairly good shape before I started this 2 weeks ago but I am already seeing better results in weight loss and cut than I could achieve before.

    Damn nice of you to share it with everyone. Keep up the good work and good luck in the future.

    This way you'll probably build up muscle but no way you'll reach the 300 spartans... And i am not talking about the actors in '300'' i mean the actual 300. If you have seen the movie, (one of the few accurate things) Spartans left home as young boys and returned as adults, after being trained in the toughest fitness programm. Take a map of Greece and look: Every morning Spartans left Sparta and were running (while holding their spears,shields and wearing their armor and their helmet) until the borders with the kingdom of Corinthia. Even though someone can't be as strong as them in a matter of months, i put a 5 coz the programm in the video can really make you buff.
