To get the screen to come up :
First go to My Computer, then under System Tasks, click "View System Information".

Then, go click the Advanced tab, and then at the bottom should be "Error Reporting".

I'm afraid to test this; I don't want to F**k up my computer, can anyone verify?

  click properties, select the advanced tab, and there is the error reporting S**t , somewhere in the low-right part
