  How do you not notice the HUGE well the train travels in???? It's a raised platform! Who walks off a raised platform???? Plus, all incoming trains at every station I've ever been in cause a strong vibration in the platform.
  
  No way this guy "accidentally" walked into that train... seems like a lawsuit scam to me!

  I must pull my call... the platform is not raised, there is even a crosswalk there... could be legitimate... but ... trains DO vibrate, and it is documented that hearing impaired compensate with increased tactile awareness.

this happened on the Metro Rail in Hou
I remember this on the news, they said he did like two and a half flips after the train hit him, I guess god watchs out for fools... and foolish deaf guys that go around the crossing gaurd to get on the other side the train tracks
