- This video is wrong.
I seen it on TV with volume. The girls weren't driving naked or topless. They were drunk & speeding, after leaving a club as amateur strippers. They decided to strip and run through the sprinklers, thinking the cops would let them go after showing their T**s Then they got handcuffed for indecent exposure. But in the end, they were let off with a warning.
