its scientific name is Mimosa pudica L. its a common plant in philippines...
Ironically,we heard that the flower was being named after our President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. The plant is now called Mussaenda Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

These plants are all over Asia.
I've seen them all around when I lived there. You can touch it or just blow on it. Kids there called it "shy grass".
