For anyone who bothered to compare the 2 speed tests, they are both nearly the same, nowhere near a 20% difference

  your own speed test only shows a 2% download increase & 0% upload increase, the only thing anyone believes is that you are an idiot, the default 20% is only reserved if you enable it & don't change it
