that is the chemical from the ice packs. not possible to keep H20 at a liquid state at 6 degrees

heat water to over 100C in a microwave.

When you take it out, and let it cool back down to 100C it suddently starts to boil.3107634 - 2

Its a physical reaction having to do with the crystals in water. It is regular water. If you do not believe me. Look on wikipedia and type in super cooling.
