    though obsolete now, this system shown in the clip is one of the safest system of managing railway traffic. safer even than the GPS. there is no mix up of signals and human error is nullified because, unless the racquet reaches the specified station, the signal stays red, so there can never be two trains in the opposite direction on the same track.
