Pacific Legal Foundation submitted amicus briefs to the Supreme Court urging it to accept the health-care challenges that it was conferencing on this past Thursday.

In response to today's announcement by the Supreme Court that it will hear constitutional arguments over the new federal health care law, Timothy Sandefur, a principal attorney with Pacific Legal Foundation, is available for interviews.
