You can add 100 administators in "user accounts" if you are administrator,
but you CAN NOT add any user if you are not administrator

Problem!
Very good vidio! Thanks! But one problem, I have RUS XP and all globalgroup on russian language, from cmd dont can write russian languege,and I dont can add new administrator. Very good, what in school ENG XP :D !!! In RUSSIAN this is vidio idea bad work! I bad speak english, thinking what you understand!

- Though your title doesn't really make se...
  I am glad you pointed out that this is cacking, not hacking.
  How do people not know this? Though if you think about it, its not really cracking either. You can do all these things in Computer Management as long as your logged in as an Administrator, and surely to do it via the dos promt, you would also need to be logged in as an Administrator. Surely if someone had restricted you from using Computer Management, and the usual Run, Cmd options, they would have you logged in as a User, rather than an Administrator.
