      Actually, I didn't rip anyone off, I got the idea from a friend of mine and made the video about it. I was quite disappointed to find that there were already a couple of other videos with the same technique.

      I thought it was fairly obvious, were you listening to the sound? All you have to do is lift the lever off the cog which it turns. I suppose I could have had a better closeup of the cog but nobody else has complained.
