Alright guys, those of you who think you can beat any speedballer with a tippmann are crazy. If you play with a guy who is equally as skilled as you and he has a shocker or a dm6 or something than you can forget about beating him. It's common sense if your shooting at a guy at 1 ball a second and he's shooting at you at 20 balls a second he's twenty times more likely to hit you.

also this with this type of gun you waste painballs fast, you had might as well rip a 50 dollar bill in half...

I play in speedball tournaments and having people with guns like that takes the skill away. But I always win soooo.......

In my opinion cheap guns do S**k You get what you pay for, and for $80 the gun wont be that rugged. Tippmanns are the best IMO

I love that thing... while this guy is spraying and praying (and probably breaking balls like mad), I'm lying in wait, and it's a dead flat shot at 150 feet. Splat! - right in the chest, and his buddy didn't even know where I fired from 'cause I only fired one shot. Then he gets it, too. My favorite way to play, it's awesome! If you know how to find cover and concealment and are a good shot, you only need one ball at a time... I've lost count how many times people have sprayed all around me when I was moving to a new position, and I just covered, aimed and got a kill. One shot, one kill!

I have a poor-man's ghillie suit I made out of camo netting, and I wear camouflage underneath that... and my ex-Ranger friend gave me a few pointers on how to conceal. It all works nicely.. I've had people run right past me, and I shot them in the back. Great fun!

ive been playin paintball for close to 2 years and ive had many paintballs just bounce off its not really that bad

they have non exploding balls called ruber balls, they hurt more and that gun is really accurate

have you even played paintball ? I was in to airsoft guns untill all of them broke after like a 2 months. A friend took me to a paintball arena, after seeing how more fast pace and different it was i got hooked. Glad I made the switch

paintbaling for fun is usually all about tactics and attacking and defending and things like that. but paintball championships (in the UK at least) are all like speedball. the map is made symetrical, there is no objective other than to be the last team standing. those games come down entirely to who has the most ammo and who can shoot the fastest.

my friend is some form of marksman and when i went paintballing with him i came out of cover for about a second to move to the next bit of cover and in that second he put 5 in my chest at range, he didn't have any special automatic gun with a coil in the hopper, and a computer chip.

Anyone paying more than $100 for a paintball gun is a dumbass.

First off, those paintballs are about as precise as a nugget of rabbitt S**t , second the barrels don't mean crap for accuracy since the balls don't fit tight in them and the gun is about $5 worth of aluminum and an hour on a mill and drill.

It' a freakin compressed air ball blower for cryin out loud. Take machining classes in school (assuming some of you tards go to school) and make your own (it'll probably be better than anyhting you can buy anyway).

First off, you are a dumbass, $100 are for starting guns, i have 3 guns right now, a Warped Sportz '06 Dark EGO, an STO Karnivor, and a Smart Parts ION.

Second, you must buy cheap paint, switch to Draxxus Hellfire, its tournament grade, very precise, and yes barrels do account for some accuracy (it puts spin on the ball), and the balls dont fit tight only if your buying too small of a bore size on paint, get a FREAK barrel and the inserts, you wont have a problem

Guns are more than aluminum and milling, it probably has more working parts than your car because you live at your parents house.

Try hooking up a piece of PVC pipe to a compressed air tank, see what happens, i'd enjoy seeing you try to get it to fire a single ball.

And onto electric guns, the board controls the bolt speed, fire rate, trigger rate, power to the gun, eyes, many things that you can't comprehend.

Now, about the speed and quality of that gun, it is a moderate gun, not amazing, it's probably around 650-700 bucks, and firing at 20 bps is really slow, you can uncap the ion board and walk over 25bps for 200 bucks. And no Cyborgs arent the fastest, they're actually quite slow, especially compared to the karnivor which cycles at 54 bps, and yes a hopper will keep up if you get a q-loader, q-loaders max feed at 56 bps.

This is to shut all of you up because you think you know so much about paintball when you dont know S**t .

I can spend an hour and make a compressed air gun that'll beat the crap out of any of those POS K-Mart guns you and your stupid friends are wasting mommy and daddy's money on.

While it is fast (one of my teammates has a 2k3 merlin racegun), Cyborgs are still the proven fastest, above DM's and Angels.
