Ok, here's a cool trick to enable the Aero glass interface in Windows Vista Home Basic Edition, as many of you may know, this edition comes "without" the aero interface, but dat's what M$ wants you to know...

WARNING: This trick requires you to edit the Windows registry, is easy stuff if you do ONLY what I tell you, otherwise I don't make myself responsible for damage to your PC!

My Vista doesn't work...
I did what you said on the video above, step-by-step. But when I get to cmd part, I type the command and its reply is: "The request service has already been started.

P.S. my computer is MacBook(Mac OS X 10.4.11, Windows Vista Home Basic using expired Boot Camp)

  In the cmd, type "net stop uxsms" and then "net start uxsms" (without quotes). It should work!
