Be sure to take the seatbelt before you actually tell them about it just in the case that they might still say no, and try to keep you from their sweet sweet seatbelt string. If they are still angry simply drive away in another automobile. They will not be able to follow you since their car will have been made temporarily street illegal by nature of their missing seatbelt. If they try to follow you in their car anyway, then be sure to call in their license plate number to the local police department. People who try to drive without buckling their seat belt are risking their own lives by getting into a car. Even if they get arrested they will likely thank you afterwards for looking out for their safety.
