    how is this going to prevent someone from getting hit from exiting traffic, just put signs like "do not enter" i really don't get the point of this system, waste of money

      Mostly every "wrong way driver" don't see signs like "do not enter"
      If you, as a driver suddenly gets blue flash, red "STOP" and an yellow arrow to the right in your face - you might start thinking before it is to late.
      17,500 drivers in the US miss the "don not enter" 350 drivers is killed each year.
