Welcome to MyBinding video. This video compares the different models of the CoilMac coil binding systems by Akiles. This is the CoilMac M 41, or M, and its Plus version. This is the CoilMac ER. This is the CoilMac ECI. And finally, the CoilMac EPI, the top of the line. Beginning with the base model, let's look at the features that are on every single CoilMac machine. Solid, all-metal construction with a one-year warranty. A punching system as well as a binding system. This is a side margin control knob, so that all punches are consistent throughout your projects. A punch margin control knob provides correct punch margin depth for each coil size. A comfortable lever arm for punching up to 17 sheets of 20lb paper per lift. And a waste container for the punched holes. The CoilMac M comes with an inserting table. You build it and put it on, and it expedites the inserting of the coil, reducing the costs and binding time. The ER model has all these same features plus an electronic inserter. Used with the hand or foot pedal, this roller makes the final step of inserting the coil much easier. And the ER has the same punch capacity at 17 sheets. The ECI model improves the roller significantly and places it lower down. It's much longer and the motor itself is stronger; and maintaining the punch capacity of 17 sheets. And with all this, the EPI model takes it one step further. The punch, as well as the inserter, are both electronic, operated by the same pedal, and toggled back and forth between with one switch. And the punch capacity is increased to 20 sheets of 20lb paper per lift. There it is. The four models of the CoilMac line by Akiles. Be sure the check out our videos that compare the regular models with their plus versions. For other demos, reviews, and how to's on this product and many more, check out MyBinding.com.
